When consulting with business owners I encourage them to stick to their strengths. If you hate the 'office' work, you won't do it. One such clients is a wonderfully talented and artistic woman, who couldn't organize her way out of a paper bag. LOL. I finally did convince her to hire someone full time to run her office, keep on top of her webpage, ect. She is now free to do what she is good at. I am a bookkeeper and this is exactly what I tell people all the time.
